Circuit Sessions

The second session on Wednesday afternoons, from 3:30 – 4:30, differs from our main Chair-Based Fitness sessions in that the group is smaller and based on a circuit of about twelve exercises using various pieces of gym equipment such as dumbbells, a step platform, medicine balls and resistance bands.

You will do a thorough warm-up, after which you will spend one minute at each station and then move on to the next. We change the exercises at half time, while you are having your water break, so that the two halves of the session are not exactly the same. We also do the Fun Routine towards the end of these sessions followed by a cool-down and a few minutes of relaxation.
