Our Sessions

Our three qualified Exercise Instructors run four Chair-Based Fitness Sessions per week:

Monday mornings

9:30 – 10:30

and

11:00 – 12:00

Wednesday afternoons

2:00 – 3:00

and one Circuit Session

3:30 – 4:30

Tea/Coffee and biscuits served between the two sessions, providing a great opportunity to chat with friends, old and new.

 

 

Bridging the Gap (with Sara and Wendy)

Thursday afternoons (term time only)

1:45 – 3:15

Light refreshments served during the session
