Chair-Based Fitness Sessions

Our Chair-Based Fitness Sessions are one hour long, with a short water break around half time. All exercises are done  to music and there is always an uplifting playlist to sing along to! We use resistance bands(available to buy for £3) and you can even bring your own dumbbells and/or ankle weights to tone your muscles still further. After the water break we stand behind or beside the chair to practise balance and strengthen your leg muscles, exercises proven to reduce the risk of falls. There is always a warm up and cool down sequence too. 

Days and Times of our Fitness Sessions

Monday mornings at 9:30 and 11:00 and Wednesday afternoons at 2:00 and 3:30
Sessions are free, we just ask for a minimum £1 donation towards the Charity.

When you first register with E4M, we will take your contact details for communication purposes and an emergency contact number, together with your medical details in case of accident or  emergency. This information will only be accessed by necessary E4M Admin Staff. Your data will be held securely and will not be distributed to third parties. You have a right to change or access your information.  When this information is no longer required for the above purposes, E4M procedure will be followed to dispose of your data securely.
